GROUP SESSIONS
Signature Workshop: Breathwork Ceremony
A Breathwork Ceremony is a profound journey into healing, remembrance, and collective transformation.
While 1:1 work brings you deep into your personal landscape, group breathwork opens a shared field of healing—a space where we grow not just as individuals, but as a flock.
In a group, something opens that we cannot access alone.
We feel our interconnectedness, the support of the collective, and the gentle invitation to drop deeper into our own experience.
Simply being surrounded by others breathing deeply can settle the nervous system, expand your capacity, and allow deeper layers of release and openness to emerge.
Just like in 1:1 breathwork, the breath becomes a bridge between body and soul.
Through deep, connected breathing and intuitive movement, the body can release tension, emotions can shift, and clarity can rise.
In a group setting, this process is strengthened by the shared field and the intentional space we create together.
You will be guided by my voice, gentle affirmations, and soundscapes selected to support your journey.
We gather in a circle, and I open the space with humility and honor to the Four Directions, anchoring us into presence, protection, and connection.
What you will receive:
Nervous system co-regulation → deeper ease, grounding, and emotional safety
Amplified energy field → the group supports stronger release and expansion
Easier emotional processing → emotions move with less resistance
Greater capacity → the body opens more fully when held by community
Heightened clarity → insights arise naturally through the breath
Dissolving old patterns → limiting beliefs soften and lose their grip
Awakened life-force energy → increased vitality, creativity, and inner power
Sense of belonging → remembering you are not alone in your inner experience
Signature Workshop: Shiva Shakti Ritual
An Exploration of Polarities
A ritual of embodied awakening, heart-centered connection, and sacred polarity
The Shiva Shakti Ritual is a guided journey into the dance of polarities — the meeting of presence and energy, structure and flow, the inner masculine and feminine within us all.
It is an invitation to rediscover yourself through embodiment, authentic connection, and honoring one another as sacred mirrors.
Tantra teaches us that awakening happens through the body.
Through breath, sensation, and presence, we learn to trust our life-force energy, clarify our boundaries and desires, and relate from an open heart.
This ritual brings those teachings into a lived, embodied experience.
Part I — Landing in the Body
We begin by grounding into ourselves.
Through guided practices, we explore sensation, emotion, and subtle energy while clarifying boundaries and desires.
This creates the inner foundation of safety, self-awareness, and sovereignty needed to meet another with presence.
Part II — Meeting the Polarity
From this grounded place, we explore the field of Shiva and Shakti through breath, gaze, touch, and the senses.
With clear boundaries and consent, we work with conscious touch as a language of presence — slow, intentional, and attuned.
Through stillness and movement, witnessing and expression, we explore masculine–feminine polarity as a pathway into authentic connection.
This space is not about seduction; it is about Erotic Innocence — meeting yourself and another with openness, curiosity, and care.
This Ritual Invites You To:
Awaken your life-force energy with clarity and safety
Deepen embodiment and attune to your sensations and emotions
Explore masculine–feminine polarities within and with another
Relate from the heart through presence, authenticity, and compassion
Experience conscious touch as sacred, intentional, and honoring
Be seen and received beyond roles, stories, or expectations
Jivamukti Yoga
Is a rigorous hatha vinyasa goga class including a spicy blend of yoga philosophy, chanting and asana practice. This method is not only to lead to increased strength and flexibility, but also to personal transformation based on mutually beneficial relationships with all other beings.
I love using yoga to guide you toward both activating your strength and revealing your vulnerability. Join me in a supportive context where you’ll feel physically aligned and fierce, emotionally held, spiritually devoted to your own intention, and connected to the greater all. My teaching is informed by my own yoga journey, which allowed me to expand compassion for myself and for others and to live with a greater sense of equanimity, inner strength, and openness to life and I rejoice in being able to share these benefits with you.
The core philosophy of Jivamukti Yoga is expressed through five principles: Ahimsa – non-violent, compassionate lifestyle; Bhakti – acknowledgment that God/Self-realization is the goal of all yoga practices; Dhyana – meditation or connecting to that eternal unchanging reality within; Nada – development of sound body and mind through deep listening; Shastra – study of the ancient yogic texts.
“Jivan” means “individual soul”, “mukti” is derived from “liberation”. Jivamukti Yoga is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings.
Also possible to book your personal 1:1 session that can be also focused on trauma informed yoga.

Tantra Foundations
Fully Alive
A Year of Embodiment, Energy & True Connection
At the heart of Tantra lies a simple truth: our deepest longing is to be fully ourselves. Yet many of us were shaped by ideas of right and wrong, good and bad — forming a social self we show the world, and a shadow self we hide.
And in this process, many of us have forgotten what it feels like to be truly seen and felt in connection.
Not performing.
Not pleasing.
Not holding everything together.
But effortlessly sinking into depth, truth, and aliveness.
Tantra invites us back into wholeness.
It unites what has been split: the masculine and feminine within us, sexuality and spirituality, shadow and light, mind and heart.
It is the path of remembering our authenticity, awakening our life-force, and meeting life from presence rather than conditioning.
The Yearlong Journey 2026 guides you through this process step by step.
Over twelve months, we explore Tantra through embodied theory, somatic practice, energy work, and passages from the Radiant Sutras.
The chakras lead the way — each one opening a doorway into an essential quality of your being:
Grounding • Sensuality • Power • Heart • Expression • Intuition • Expansion
Together, they create a clear and transformative path back to yourself - a softening of what was armored, an awakening of what was hidden, a return to the truth beneath the patterns.
Stay tuned for more information.
