Through Yoga, Tantra, and Breathwork, you are invited to reconnect with your body, your senses, and your natural vitality, while exploring authentic connection with others. As old patterns of pleasing, performing, or withdrawing soften, a different way of meeting life emerges — one where communication becomes clearer, intimacy feels more natural, and presence is shared rather than performed. Held with clarity and boundaries, this retreat offers a grounded, relational space to awaken the life-force that has always been yours.

  • Retreat Fee (paid to Sophia Kerbler)

    Early Bird – 300€ (valid until March 31st, 2026)

    Regular Price – 400€ (from April 1st, 2026)

    This fee includes all retreat sessions, workshops, guidance and facilitation throughout the retreat.

    To secure your spot, full payment of the retreat fee is required.

    Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

  • What is Tantra, and what kind of Tantra do you teach?
    Tantra here is grounded, embodied, and non-dogmatic. It’s about presence, connection, and awakening your lifeforce — not performance or techniques. In Tantra, everything is an invitation, and you are always encouraged to go at your own pace and honor your body. There will be no nude practices. 

    Do I need to be good at yoga to join?
    No. Everything is accessible, and you can move at your own pace.

    Is this retreat only for advanced or experienced practitioners?
    Not at all. This retreat is for curious, open-hearted humans — beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

    What if English is not my first language?
    Sessions are in English. If you only speak German, we’ll support you with translation.

    Do I need any prior experience with Tantra, breathwork, or embodiment work?
    No experience is required. Everything will be guided step by step.

    How do I know if I’m ready for this kind of inner work?
    If you feel a pull, curiosity, or a sense that “there’s more for me,” you’re ready enough.

    I feel a soul nudge — is that enough to say yes?
    Yes. A soul nudge is often the most honest guidance you can receive.

Founder of the YogaFarm:

Our YogaFarm situates in 1000 meters above see level surrounded by mountains and it is part of a small settlement consisting of a few houses. We have a garden and a big grassy yard with herbs where you can hang out.

Our dream was to provide a location with clean energy where you too can find your way. From the everyday hectic and fast world, you need to withdraw yourself again and again. Give yourself a favour: SLOW down, LOOK inward, and HEAR your own inner voice.

That’s why we founded our YogaFarm as a natural location in the middle of the mountains.

Who I Am

  • I am a medicine woman, breathwork facilitator, intuitive guide and yogi at heart. My purpose is to guide groups and individuals into their authentic power through deep transformational processes based on years of rigorous training and personal self development. I am adventurous and dedicated to exploring uncharted territories of the planet and the heart, so that I can hold space for others with grace and integrity.

Tantra, as I share it, is an embodied path of awakening — one that welcomes all parts of you.

It recognizes the masculine and feminine energies within each of us: the clarity, presence, and steadiness of consciousness, and the expression, emotion, and life-force of creation.

When these two currents come into harmony, we feel more grounded, alive, and connected.

In this retreat, Tantra isn’t abstract or performative — it’s a lived experience. Sensuality is approached as a natural, sacred expression of being alive, a doorway into presence, truth, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

Through guided practices, you learn to relate with honesty, boundaries, and authentic presence. You explore connection in a way that feels safe, grounded, and real, while discovering a deeper intimacy with yourself and others.
