A New Year Retreat
Together in the Threshold
28th of Dec-1st of Jan
Litschau, Austria
Connection · Community · Conscious Traditions
Between the end of one year and the beginning of the next, there is a doorway.
This year, we stand in it together. We reflect on everything the past year has given and taken, and we ask ourselves two honest questions:
What am I ready to release?
What do I bring forward with me?
So that we cross into the new year with confidence, rooted and clear, and together.
In a world that moves fast and loud, this is your invitation to slow down, to soften into your body, to be held by a circle of people walking the same path, and to experience timeless rituals in a way that feels alive today.
Connection
Coming home to yourself. To your body, your breath, your heart, and the things that truly make you come alive.
Community
The deep relief of being held. Sharing, listening, laughing until your belly hurts, sitting in silence side by side. Some thresholds are simply easier to cross together.
Conscious Traditions
Ancient ceremonies woven with modern practices. Rituals that remind us that every new beginning deserves to be felt, not just counted down.
What awaits you
Over four days, we move through Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, journaling and mindful movement, letting the body lead and the mind follow.
In our tea and cacao ceremony, we sit in warmth and intention. We honour the path that brought us here, thank the lessons of the past year, and consciously let go of what we no longer wish to carry.
Then we begin to dream.
What do I want to nourish in the year ahead?
What qualities do I want to invite into my life?
What is ready to grow through me?
Not resolutions.
Not another self-improvement project.
A conscious intention, planted like a seed.
And then, together, we step into the new year.
This retreat is for you if…
you want to begin the new year with more than the turning of a calendar page, and you long for presence, real connection and a community to share it with.
A space to arrive.
A space to let go.
A space to feel.
A space to begin again, together.
COME AS YOU ARE.
ENTER THE NEW YEAR IN CONNECTION.

No. All practices are guided step by step and are suitable for beginners as well as people with previous experience. What do you mean by somatic practices?
Somatic practices bring attention to the body, sensations, breath and nervous system. They are an invitation to become more aware of what you feel, need and experience in the moment. What does “leading & receiving” mean?
We explore both sides of connection: taking the lead and allowing yourself to be guided. Through simple partner practices, we explore trust, communication, boundaries, listening and reciprocity. Can I come with my partner?
Absolutely. New Year Retreat is open to couples as well as individuals. You can share the experience with your partner while also having opportunities to connect and practice with others. Can I come on my own?
Yes. You don't need to come with a partner or know anyone beforehand. The retreat is designed to create connection naturally while also giving you plenty of space for yourself. Will I be expected to do intimate practices with someone other than my partner?
No. All practices are invitations. We will communicate clearly about the different options, and you can always choose what feels right for you and your relationship. Will there be physical touch?
Yes, there may be guided practices involving touch. Everything is invitational and consent-based. You are always free to say no, change your mind or choose an alternative. Is there any nudity?
No. There will be no nude practices. What if English is not my first language?
The retreat will be held in English. If you only speak German, we will support you with translation where needed. Is the retreat suitable for beginners?
Yes. You don't need any previous experience. Come as you are, with curiosity and an openness to explore. What should I expect from the retreat?
A combination of yoga, breathwork, somatic and sensory practices, ritual, nature, singing, sauna, touch, rest and connection — all within a cosy and beautiful setting. What if I need some alone time?
There will be plenty of space to step back, rest, walk in nature or simply do nothing. Participation is encouraged, but you never have to be “on” all weekend. What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes for yoga and movement, warm clothes and shoes for being outside, a swimsuit for the sauna, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and cosy during the weekend.

I walk with this question, step by step, with every breath taking me a little deeper, a little closer to my truth. Guided by a profound love for our essence and a calling to create spaces of remembrance. For the answer is not found in the outside world. It arises from deep within us. From our very essence.
My work is rooted in a living tapestry of movement, awareness, and ceremonial practices. It is a dance between worlds, a gentle listening to what resonates beyond words. I find myself learning more and more from the subtlest nuances rather than the loudest voices.
Inspired by the wisdom, traditions, and experiences of diverse cultures, I create spaces where genuine connection can unfold. Connection with yourself, with others, with the earth beneath your feet, and with everything that surrounds us. Spaces of authenticity, honesty, and truth.
Together, we cultivate a sense of deep connection, allowing healing to unfold naturally through mindfulness, presence, and the quiet knowing that everything we seek already lives within us.
Let Yourself Remember
The language of your body.
The whispers of your heart.
The wisdom of your soul.I would be honoured to accompany you on a part of your journey back to yourself, and from that place, towards a deeper connection with life.
